This was one of those items I took a chance on while ordering Amazon Fresh. I'd heard of Tiger's Milk before, but I'd never tried it. I've been trying to snack a bit healthier and I wanted something to give me a bit of a boost for physical activities and my occasional mid-day rush.Tiger's Milk has worked beautifully. I ordered and received a six-pack of these peanut butter chocolate crunch flavored protein bars. They also offer a bit of an energy boost without the usual energy boost side-effects. There's 14g of protein in each bar. I've seen some references to a change in taste, however, not having ever tried a previous version of Tiger's Milk I have to say that I really like these and I'd consider them to be upper-tier in terms of available protein bars. I've tried some really awful tasting bars and I've genuinely enjoyed these.Ingredients include: Chocolate Flavored Coating (Sugar,Whey Protein Concentrate, Fractionated Palm Kernel Oil, Cocoa, Fractionated Palm Oil, Natural Flavor, Soy Lechithin, Butterfat), Brown Rice Syrup, Soy Protein Isolate, Peanut Butter (Peanuts), Tapioca Syrup, Rice Flour, Glycerine, Maltodextrin, Peanuts, High Oleic Sunflower Oil with Totopherols Added to Protect Flavor, Cocoa (Processed with Alkali), Tapioca Solids, Sugar, Natural Flavor (Includes Sesame Oil), Tapioca Starch, Casein, Butter (Cream, Salt), Fructose, Unsweetened Chocolate, Fractionated Palm Kernel Oil, Soy Lecithin, Rice Bran, Honey, Cocoa, Salt, Whey, Nonfat Milk, Calcium Carbonate, Ground Almonds. this is definitely a fairly extensive ingredient list and it's worth checking out for those with food allergies.Would I order these again? Absolutely. Would I try other Tiger's Milk flavors? Yep, I sure would and I plan to do so. I found these to be tasty, effective, and to provide me a nice little boost during physical activities or during a mid-day rush or even a slump. While I'm not a daily protein bar user, I do use them regularly and there's no doubt I'll be looking to Tiger's Milk more frequently in the future.These are just meh.... I wanted that real tigers milk bar from the 80’s 90’s.. the ones with the carob and chewy peanut butter flavor.. These have a crunch layer and I knew that buying them.. But... I was hoping for that chewy peanut somewhere in there...there isn’t any.. Overall the flavor is fine .. I’ve actually found another bar that is the closest to the old Tigers milk original... the “One” Peanut Butter cup bar is the best comparison by far..Also, my box was completely melted off the Amazon truck.. I brought these in as soon as the truck left and opened one.. melted.. but I ate it anyway to give this honest review...I grew up with the Tiger’s Milk brand of protein bars when we got them from GNC many years ago. While I don’t think these are quite as good as the flavors offered back then, the peanut butter crunch bars I got are quite tasty. In fact I’ve gotten this size and the king sized bars not long ago and they are both good. The flavor and consistency are comparable to the classic flavors of long ago, but I wished they made them somewhat thinner and narrower like they used to be because these are quite difficult to chew in the current size and shape. But they’re still in joy able and will be a handy snack especially when I’m working outside.These Tigers Milk bars taste very different than the Tigers Milk bars I bought at the grocery stores a year ago. These are thicker but not as dense. They don't have the same flavor either. It's like a completely different bar. I don't like the flavor as well. It leaves an after taste too. They are pricier than what I paid a year ago for them.I miss the taste of that orange wrapper one they had for so many years. I think I’ll switch to my send favorite, Kind barsDISAPPOINTING: These bars taste alright, but are just like all the other generic chocolate & nut combinations. The Real Original Tigers milk bars were made with CAROB, and a tasty protein filling. Apparently that is no longer made, and I loved the carob flavor. It's different from chocolate but just as satisfying. Now these originals are nowhere to be found, so the manufacturers went "generic". Too bad! It's not even great chocolate.they are a great size. wish we could get a bigger box of the smaller size.Flavors were wonderful. njoyable snack
