They were good. Lots of peanut butter. They just weren't as soft as I thought they would be. The chocolate & the peanut butter. I expected them to be a little more like the fudge? Somewhere in between?Not white chocolate. Has food coloring. But! It IS minty.I will finish these and gift the others. Would not buy again.I liked the flavor, look and size of pieces. Also that the list of ingredients was included. Very happy with purchase. Very well packaged too.On the salty side.These caramels have such a lovely flavor, and so creamy. Perfect!!We discovered that melting them in our mouths produces a long-term great taste experience in contrast with momentary pleasure from chewing them. They arrive as irregular broken pieces of various sizes, typically about 2"x2"x3/8". Small pieces of hard peppermint candy remain after dissolving the rest of the piece; they can be slowly dissolved or chewed. These provided us with a very special and unique holiday experience.Great but pricey!!I was very hesitant of ordering this because I pictured someone making it with their bare hands after picking up dog poop but that is not the case because I never got parasites and the flavor was amazing. Seriously best peppermint bark I ever had and I’m pretty fat so... i know what good.
